Colm Molloy started his career as a dispensing optician before training as a visual artist, and applies principles based on how the human eye works to create visually arresting and narratively compelling artwork.

Colm has been exhibiting as an artist since 2007 and has created the branding suites for the Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride Festival since 2015. As an artist, he is heavily influenced by queer and pop culture as well as Celtic mythology and Irish history and has a distinct voice whether producing commercial graphics, camp iconography or visual poetry.
